How does the 'bake-from-frozen' process work?
Our products are designed for convenience. There is no need to thaw; simply place your sourdough bread, pasta, or pastries directly into the oven or boiling water. Most items are ready to enjoy in 25 minutes or less.
What makes Wildgrain sourdough different from grocery store bread?
We use a traditional long-fermentation process that takes up to 36 hours. This breaks down gluten and phytic acid, making our bread easier to digest and giving it a superior depth of flavor without artificial preservatives.
How is my order shipped to ensure it stays frozen?
We ship our boxes using eco-friendly insulated liners and dry ice. This ensures that your products remain at a safe, frozen temperature from our facility to your doorstep, even in warm weather.
Can I customize the contents of my monthly box?
Yes! You have full control over your subscription. You can swap items, add extras, change your delivery frequency, or skip a month at any time through your account dashboard.
Are your products vegan or vegetarian friendly?
All of our sourdough breads and most of our fresh pastas are vegan. While some of our pastries contain high-quality butter or eggs, we clearly label all ingredients and allergens on our product pages.
What is your refund policy if my items arrive damaged?
We stand behind the quality of our food. If your order arrives thawed or damaged, please contact our member support team within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or a replacement shipment.
